Madison Meenen

Miss Madison began dancing at the age of four at Barbara's Conservatory of Dance and has been in love with it ever since. Growing up, dance, especially ballet, was a huge part of her life and she is so blessed that it is still able to play such a major role in her daily life even after high school. She began assisting Nutcracker rehearsals in 6th grade, studio classes in 7th grade and began teaching as a freshman in high school. The past two years she has fulfilled her dream of being Ballet Midwest's Assistant Artistic Director for the production of the Nutcracker.

She has had various amounts of training in tap, ballet, pointe, pas de deux, liturgical and lyrical. She is very excited to start this next dance year and be back dancing and performing with the other students she loves, and also teaching all of her students. She hopes to not only help give a quality dance education, but instill the love for this beautiful art in her students.

For three summers Madison had the privilege of attending Ballet Magnificat!'s Summer Dance Intensive, a professional Christian company based out of Jackson, Mississippi and last year she had the great honor of being placed in level 10, the highest that she was eligible for as a two week student. Besides improving her own dancing during those two intense weeks, she greatly broadened her knowledge of how to be a quality ballet instructor.

Apart from the studio Madison enjoys playing with her seven younger siblings, writing stories, and being involved in Bible studies. She is greatly looking forward to another amazing year! And to God be the glory!
